Called trigg construction to ask if they would come do an estimate to reapair and replace several doors and windows for a church. They came out for an inspection, after three weeks of waiting for an estimate we decided to call them and find out what happened to the estimate. The response was they will not even give an estimate - excuse "its too far to drive" we are less then 40 miles from their location. Sadly disappointed...was willing to employ this company for several large remodeling projects over the next several years. Their loss. Overall poor communication and poor customer service. Maybe I am glad we didnt hire them.
Also, the workers broke one of our stepping stones and left cigarette butts in the yard.
Communication was poor. We would take time off work to wait for their promised arrival - sometimes they wouldn't show - no phone call or anything. We'd call their office, to find out they weren't working due to the weather. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the project manager and voice any concerns.
now not certain i would have them do the work if they won;t make good on product.
contracted for porch over front door. didn't realized that the drainage was reversed into house until algae growing on brick. ask trigg cont. for repair to correct bad engineering and gave est. for approx 33% of initial cost. although over a year since completion of work, because of faulty work/engineering expected better offer.
We're fairly satisfied with the construction job. It was done quickly (about a week and a half) and professionally. However, we would have liked more communication before certain design decisions were made.
Never showed up to the job nor ever called to update me on when the job would be started. Had "scope of work meeting". Supervisor said "3 weeks" until they could get started on the job. It's now 8 weeks after subsequent meeting and not even a phone call by this company. FYI your commercials are false advertising. Maybe if they spent some money on communication efforts as they do on their commercials they might have better reviews.
Had Trigg Construction reface my home's gable with decorative shingles, replace vinyl fascia, gutters, and downspouts. They did an excellent job not only on the job, but also cleaned up well after they were done. Would highly recommend them. Did not give a 5 star only because it took several weeks past when they were to start and they did not call before they showed up.
